Accessibility statement
We want every operator, transport manager and driver to be able to use this site, whatever device they are on and whatever assistive technology they use.

What we aim for
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In practice that means:
- every page works with the keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible;
- a "skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches;
- headings run in a logical order, and landmarks identify the header, navigation, main content and footer;
- images carry meaningful alternative text, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers;
- form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in text as well as colour, and validation messages say what to do rather than simply flagging an error;
- text contrast meets the AA threshold against its background, and colour is never the only way information is conveyed;
- text can be enlarged to 200% without content being lost or overlapping;
- animation is limited to short fades, and is switched off entirely if your device is set to reduce motion.
Working without JavaScript
Every page's content is readable with JavaScript turned off. Two conveniences need it: the mobile navigation drawer and inline form validation. In both cases there is a way through without it — the full navigation is repeated in the footer of every page, and you can always ring or email us instead of using a form.
Known limitations
- Some photography on the site is currently supplied at a lower resolution than we would like, and may look soft on high-density screens. Replacement images are planned.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. On a very slow connection, text may briefly render in a fallback typeface.
Tell us if something doesn't work

Email enquiries@rrha.co.uk or call +44 7564 053466 between 08:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. We will reply within five working days and tell you when we expect to have it fixed.
