The guidance, service descriptions and industry information on this site are provided for general information. They are not legal advice, regulated financial advice or a substitute for advice about your specific circumstances. Road transport law and regulatory guidance change, and a page that was accurate when written may not be accurate when you read it. Always take advice on your own facts before acting.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry form does not create a contract between us, and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Prices shown on this site are indicative, exclude VAT unless stated, and may change. A binding quotation will be issued to you in writing.
Training bookings
A request for training made through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Places are confirmed only when we write to you accepting the booking. Course dates, availability and prices quoted to you may change before that point. Cancellation and transfer terms are set out in your booking confirmation.
Insurance and legal services
Insurance distribution and the provision of legal services are regulated activities. Where you ask us for insurance or legal help, the quotation, policy or legal advice is provided by the authorised firm named in your documentation, under that firm's own terms of business. We will tell you who that firm is before you commit to anything.
Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The RRHA name, logo, page designs and written content on this site belong to RRHA Ltd or are used with permission. You may print or download extracts for your own business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy any part of the site without our written consent.

Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for convenience. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
